Elk Grove Babe Ruth Coaches Resources

Click on the link below for Mandatory completion of the $19.95 "Coaching Youth Baseball" course for new or current coaches who have not taken the course in past years.  All new Coaches and Managers must pass this course and provide certification to the league prior to the start the season.  Returning coaches who have passed the course previously need not take it again.

EGBR - Manager/Coach Registration

Once you have completed the mandatory "Coaching Youth Baseball" course and obtained a certificate of completion, you may register as a Coach for the upcoming Elk Grove Babe Ruth Baseball season.  Even if you are a returning coach we will need you to register again so that your information will be logged in the new Sports Engine system.  You will need to sign up for a free Sports Engine Account first, and then once you register for Babe Ruth, next season's registration will be simpler by pre-loading most of the fields in the Registration Forms.

Live Scan Fingerprinting Required

For all coaches who have not yet been fingerprinted in order to coach Elk Grove Babe Ruth League specifically, the attached BCIA 8016, REQUEST FOR LIVE SCAN SERVICE form is required to get your finger printing done at Mail and More.  Mail and More is located at 5050 Laguna Blvd #112, Elk Grove, CA 95758.

Please ensure that you provide this information to your assistant coaches as well as many of them are not on this distribution list.
